We would love to know if you notice anything that you would like changing. You can ring us on 01302 300322 or 01302 770327 and ask for the Practice Manager or Assistant Practice Manager.

We are a patient friendly practice and are always open to suggestions. This helps us to improve our services and tailor them to cater for your individual needs.

Complaints

Unfortunately there may be a time when you are not satisfied with our service. We take complaints very seriously as they give us a learning opportunity. We operate a rigorous complaints procedure as part of the NHS system. Ideally you should complain within six months of the event in question or at least within 6 months of you being aware of the incident. You can ring us on 01302 300322 or 01302 770327 and ask for the Practice Manager or Assistant Practice Manager to lodge a verbal complaint. You can also write to us.

Your complaint will be promptly acknowledged within 7 working days and investigated thoroughly.
